Tried to order a hat online for a Xmas gift for my son.Despite receiving an email stating order was ready for pick up at Peabody, MA store, I was rudely told that unless "I received a call from store saying order was ready for pick up, then it was not ready".

Store employee (meat head) could care less about my email confirmation. To add insult to injury, I saw the same hat on the shelf, but was told that the online order HAD to come from the warehouse, not the store shelf. Customer Service had me on hold for 2 hours and were useless.

Shop somewhere else if you want to get it on time!!!Very Frustrating...
