Not resolved

On December 6th I ordered an Oregon State Hat and had it shipped to the store near my house for pick up. I received a call on December 19th from a Hawaii lids store saying that my order was ready for pick up IN HAWAII!!

I live in CALIFORNIA!!!! I called the customer service line and waited on hold for an hour! When someone finally answered she put me on hold for another 20 minutes!!! She told me there was nothing she could do that someone would contact me on Monday.

I called and emailed today and NO response.

Emails take 72 hours to reply to and when you call the customer service number it rings and hangs up on you! I will NEVER EVER buy a product from any lids store or online ever again!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
