Refused Exchange

I was refused an exchange the same day of purchase at your Coral Springs location on September 18, 2023. Your written return policy printed on the back of the receipt and online states returns can be made within 30 days for unworn merchandise that has the tag with receipt.

I had all of this and was gone from the store only a few minutes before returning to size up. Your manager RONNIE LIED claiming your system does not take back clearance items as when purchased, it leaves the system. However, your policy does not reflect this AND he rang me up for a Small when I purchased a LARGE!!! I was forced to repurchase an X-LARGE because he would not simply exchange it.

This is illegal and I want my refund NOW! Your customer service is not assisting me and the district manager has failed to contact me.

I will never patronize your business again and will advise the BBB of your business practices, along with social media. Both receipts were provided to your customer service team.

I purchased 3 hats and the employee ran my card and he said the machine timed out and it didn't charge me, he reran my card and it charged me TWICE NOW they wont give me money back!!

The front of the bill on my hat is coming apart and I just purchased this last week, I was told by the store employee that they cant do anything about it. Ive purchased two hats in one month for almost $100 and this will be the last time I will ever buy from Lids again.

Nobody is returning my email

I somehow accidentally ordered 3 of the same hat. So when they arrived my husband wanted to return 2. I spoke to someone through chat on the website and they emailed me a return label with 2 order numbers in the email.So I put both hats in 1 box and sent it back. Then I was informed that I was only getting back 35.00. With 9.99 return fee waived. I'm upset because each Hat was 45.00.

Your employee sent me my personal info to my phone

Your employee took my card for payment twice, proceeds to harass me a couple hours later saying I forgot to pay for the hat and he is calling the cops , in the mean time he sent me my Facebook account information. I am highly upset and demand a reasonable outcome for such actions! If need be I will higher a lawyer because he is saying my business Ryans reconstruction and repairs is a untrustworthy establishment.

It needs to be simplified meanwhile starship is trying to gather personal information and get you to agree to their terms while lids is using starship as a shady shipping company and they screwd me once with amazon order were the said they sipped the item and Amazon never gave me a refund believing in starshipbuye

I still have not received the hat we paid for and they are not calling me back!!

We paid A LOT OF MONEY for a hat we did not receive.The store mgr. Nicole was unprofessional and has not called me back!!!I want to speak to someone please.
