Lids review: Respect goes a long way

Misunderstood shipping dates. The hat was going to arrive after when i needed it. Called to cancel order with absolutely zero issues. He was very nice and gave us no issues of any kind. Phone call took about 3 minutes.

Lids review: Poor customer service and delivery service

Details
I ordered items online and chose ship to store option. When I went to the store to pick up, the store associate said he didn’t see my package. I asked him “what should I do?” He said “don’t give me the attitude”. I am not sure what kind of customer service it is and he didn’t provide any solutions. When I got home, I tried to call Lids customer service and wait for one hour still no one answered the phone. Contact online customer service and ask for refund, they asked me to call store to double check first and said I have to return the package back to get the refund even I already explained the store said they didn’t have my package. It really wastes my time, and if I can give them a zero rating, I will.
