Lids - Incompatent
This company is the worst ive ever dealt with . They will take your money and when it comes to refunding you , every excuse that makes no sense at all will come out of their mouth when it comes to refunding you. I ordered products in early december 2018 , returned the items and am still waiting for my refund it is now mid january 2019.
Lids - False advertising
Don't buy from them! They don't care about their customers! Ordered 2 day air on the 18th. Checked tracking today to see it arriving on the 27th via ground shipping...Contacted them several times with no resolve. Basically told me it is what it is & didnt care at all. These were Christmas gifts...Thanks Lids! You blocked me on every social media site except this..Real professional

Lids - Shipping
I placed an order. I got free shipping (3-7days) for spending over a limit. So of course i selected it. After a couple of days i check order. To see it is shipping for about 9 days. This is now after when i need it. Contant customer support. No help! They say it takea 1-2 days to process order. Weekends dont count. Nothing they can do. Cant cancel order, wont redund money. First and Last time user of Lids online.
Lids - Always closed
Let’s just say everytime I go to liberty center mall lids is never open and this is what it looks like went on father’s this year went Sunday and went today had to take a picture this time ....I can’t believe this store is still here...

Ok let me start I had made a order.it was kind of taking long a week had gone by and I hadn't heard anything about the item.so I called I was told it should be getting there soon takes time them a 5 days later I get a email that my order was cancelled due to the item being out if stock.iwas like real 2 weeks to tell me that wtf so I called for my money back since they did take it quick.know I'm having trouble getting that

I would figure 2 day air would mean 2 days or next day air would mean the next day but at lids 2nd day air is 2-3 days after the 1-2 days processing and next day is 1-2 days after 1-2 days processing. Not only that but they charge you extra and don’t even tell you that...Read more
