I tried to purchase 4 hats with my credit card & the person at the store hit cash instead of credit but my card went through anyways. Manager was called & was the worst with no customer service at all.
They kept my merchandise & I was charged anyways. Called customer service I tried to explain & customer service was terrible as well.

I made multiple purchases thinking I would match a hat to my light blue jean outfit but at the end, it didn't work out. The colors definitely don't go together.
So I just wanted to return my purchases.
It was a tad bit difficult to find a live customer service agent but my determination and patience paid off. He was very helpful and informative.
I will be shipping back my returns once I'm off work for the week this coming Wednesday the 31st.
Couldn't get an email on how to return my item, terrible experience can't talk to anyone, their customer service is in a different language. Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!
