Terrible customer service very disappointed with fanzz at this point would never recommend this store to anyone. Would actually tell people how bad my experience was.experience. Bad customer service

I tried to purchase 4 hats with my credit card & the person at the store hit cash instead of credit but my card went through anyways. Manager was called & was the worst with no customer service at all.

They kept my merchandise & I was charged anyways. Called customer service I tried to explain & customer service was terrible as well.

I made multiple purchases thinking I would match a hat to my light blue jean outfit but at the end, it didn't work out. The colors definitely don't go together.

So I just wanted to return my purchases.
It was a tad bit difficult to find a live customer service agent but my determination and patience paid off. He was very helpful and informative.
I will be shipping back my returns once I'm off work for the week this coming Wednesday the 31st.
